The stuck game round issue is resolved now, took them about 6 days to fix it.
However i wasn't paid the right amount, the game crashed while i was getting a reality check and by clicking continue the game crashed and wouldn't let me open it again. At the time of the crash I was playing Cashzuma the lunar eclipse bonus round (The one with sticky wilds) During the reality check i had a massive streak of cascades and it paid well over 200 sek and my winnings (Not counting the 200 sek) was at the time 446 sek, after the cascade would've finished i had 3 or 4 remaining spins, but as i've said the game crashed. Now when i checked my MrGreen account i had 446 sek balance, when i opened the game there wasn't any game round to be played. So they paid out the money i had won before the game crashed not even counting the money that was from the ongoing cascade...
I dont know where i should report this, someone please tell me. I know the TOS probably says 'in the event of a malfunction we have all the right to fuck you over' but i'd have to say mrgreen probably can pay out the right amount without having trouble sleeping at night.
Needless to say im never playing at mrgreen ever again and i withdrew every single Kr that was on the account
