Hi, just wanted to know.. ive had a promotion running at Unibet for several years, 10% cashback at casino losses. Im pretty much a recreational player so ill usually get 1/10 back from 100€ a week from time to time.
Last week I played a bit more and lost 3000€ and didnt het cashback. Unibet stated that promotion expired the exact week without proof of concept. I have no mails stating that this was about to happened. Anyone else experienced this or am i hustled? Im a principle guy so its not about the money as 300€ dont make me cake or break, but its insanely provocative and short sighted of a vendor accepted my best for the last 10 years and im surely dropping them if it hasnt been communicated
