EvolveCasino - Delaying of Withdrawel

So I cashed out 1750€ and 900€ on the 30. October, the cash outs were processed same day. 
I still havent recieved any money from this casino, here 11 days later.
I just get the same answer when I write to support:
"Liliana: We have made some update in our payment system that unfortunately have caused some unexpected delay."or:"Liliana: The funds should reach your bank account very soon in the next days. Thank you for understanding!"
... But nothing happens.

@Jimm85 Sorry to hear about your problems, i know how anoying it is to wait for a cashout. It is not the first time i hear about issues with a casino owned by Mountberg BV. So look out for that another time. 

I have tried one of their sites called viggoslots, it was also the same long time for a withdrawel, but i got my cashout and i also think you will get yours. 

I know a guy who is promotes their site, if you want i can try and see if i can do something about this.

Thank you, you are welcome to reach out. I don't get it, I wish it wasn't such a big amount, cause im in deep.
At least I will never play any casino sites outside Denmark again, only gonna play on big casinoes from now on.

Really annoying, they keep writing the same stuff in response, telling me there has been problems with cash outs, but 11-12 days can't be normal.

Would love if you could hear the guy who promotes that site.... I can see it has so many problems on AskGamblers With same stuff. But somehow the casino rates above 8? Does'nt make any sense....
