Evolution gaming. Bets will be rejected

Hi. The following situation happened yesterday. I was playing roulette Evolution gaming and everything was fine, but when I made a big bet, I got it back and the bet turned out to be a winner. I wrote to the support provider and they wrote that this happened for technical reasons and that they will contact the casino. Is the decision often in the player's favor?

Bets rejected happens at several different occasions most of the time when the change of the bet is in the last seconds and the server does not recognize your bet. (could be your connection at the moment or maybe they are having some connection issues to their server making your decision lag abit)

I think you were just unlucky - the few times it happened to me it has been more times just a number 1/2/5. Sucks when it happens tho

A good 5ish years or so ago, i did actually get Pokerstars Casino to pay me out for 2 lots of Monopoly 2 rolls that i missed due to Bets Rejecting.

I think they only refunded me as firstly it was only small ~£5 winning amounts, and secondly, this was a time when technical issues had plagued their servers for weeks & i had complained about it a few times already. My argument was I'd done all the remedy steps they'd previously recommended & i was playing on AutoPlay too, so they refunded me, though i think it was more out of goodwill than anything else.

You could try putting a reasonable complaint in to your casino itself (Evo Livechat can't do much refund wise tbf as they're not your casino) - if you still have AutoPlay available and you were using it then thats still a potentially valid argument.

Though tbh, i think cause the Bets Rejected issue happens so rarely nowadays, your casino will probably just fob you off with a no because they legally hide behind the T&Cs lol! Doesn't hurt to ask nicely though!
