Energycasino - missclicked the "cancel bonus" button- Help!

Hello. Mi first post here. First of all, sorry about my English!

Iam writing this post to hopefully get some help.

I got a 50% depositbonus on Energycasino. I won 670 Euros on “who wants to be a millionaire” after a while I went in to “my page” to check the wagering. By a mistake I clicked the “cancel bonus” button that are right next to “progess” button. I got panic and confirmed it. I know silly mistake.

After that I spoke to the chat and asked them to reverse my doings. Which they said they were not able to do. It was an obvious mistake, no one would click “cancel bonus” when it was just a small amount left to wager before I could make a withdrawal. I know the casino have the terms on their site since I have confirmed the bonus cancel. I have been playing at energy casino for many years and would think they would be able to help me in some way. Just to show that they are taking care of their customers.

Can anyone help me with this or is it a lost case?

Not sure if anyone here can help you since CG doesnt promote this casino..

But if the support told you that they cant reverse your mistake not much can be done here. :(

 
i had the same situation one year ago...

but casino didn't help me:) so I lost all money,

they ask that you are sure you want to cancel and you clicked yes...

:(  sorry:(

 
Energy are a good casino, but it is unlikely they will change their mind on this.

I can understand a mis-click, but it does ask you to confirm and the 'confirm' button is located differently the second time around.

 
I believe once a bonus is forfeited it is not possible for the casino to undo this.

I do play at Energy Casino very often and to be honest, it is hard for me to believe that you "accidentally" pressed Cancel button, following the confirmation by pressing "OK".

It would have been understandable if there were no confirmation pop up window, however, my guess is that you tried to cancel the bonus, thinking you can keep your winnings without needing to complete the wagering. And when you realised that the bonus was cancelled, as well as your winnings, you reached the CS, who obviously can't do anything in this situation.

Just to be clear, I'm not accusing you of something, I'm just speaking based on my experience as support manager. We were getting claims like this multiple times a day.

Hate to tell you this, but your balance will not be reinstated.

 
it asks you to confirm your cancelling of your bonus, im sorry but i agree with casinolandstreaming here, that is on you!
