I opened an account on Emojino 19th jan 2021 and start playing. Deposit and lost a lot from start and after losing about 1000euro i asked for a loyaltybonus, got 100euro and lost it. After that i deposit many more times, about 20 deposits in a week and after that i was down 3700euro. Wrote and asked about more bonuses each day but didnt get any.
27th jan i wrote that if you dont have any more bonuses for me you can close this account. Got an answer that they dont have anything.
28th jan i answered them and said:
ok, then you can close this account.
In their T&C it says that if a player want to close his account it should be in written form (see attached).
they didnt close it, they didnt even bother to ask if i wanted to close it.
i got back and lost about 4000euro more.
i think i did about 50-60 deposits in 10days.
after each day i complained about RTP and said that if you dont have any bonus for me you can close the account.
all signs of a problem gambler...
I think that they didnt close my account because they saw this and knew that i should deposit and lose more money.
But i think that when it says in their T&C that a player can close his account at any time by email they should have closed it, they should have react and asked my if i wanted it? They could have prevent the big losses.
i have asked them about this and got the answer that they thought i just wanted bonuses. And yes, that i wanted but also said that IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY YOU CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
