Dunder withdrawel

Have seen a couple on here but seems difficult to get a withdrawel from dunder... 

Have made countless attempts in contact. Latest live chat asking to send through an email with bank statements showing it hasnt gone through to my account. ive never had a reply back from any emails sent to them so apparently 24 hours they will reply. 

Have no had this problem anywhere else.

Any help out there?
