so i has playing on bgo this evening and had a bonus on koi princess freeze on me and then not pay out. 

i changed game and went on sounth park and hit this but guess what error again and they wont pay out. instead they are refunding me my £1.25 bet

That can't be right mate - perhaps you should try some other avenues such as their ADR or AskGamblers/Casinomeister, who might be able to help?

Netent should have this win recorded in their logs, so I can't see that this won't have a positive outcome if you push for it!
