Does games save progress?

Lets say you win big on a slot, cash out and play on another casino. You then go to the same slot, will the game then remember that you win big on the other casino? 

Sorry for bad English, hope someone understood the question?

 
No, slots have no memory, they are all random so it is possible to win big multiple times in a row if you are really lucky, but ofc the slot is designed to make you rip in the long run.
