So I read the news about this slot being released on 10th of October, yet I can't see it anywhere and not on the casinos you promote in the article either - Where is this game?! 

 
If there ever was a game that could benefit from a feature buy option, it’s probably Dead or Alive 2. To be launched on October 20, players across the world (with the exception of UK) will be able to skip the less exciting part and head straight into the action for a cost of 66 times the stake in the updated Dead or Alive 2 Bonus Buy version. Moreover, buying the free spins will guarantee you scatter symbols on reels 1, 2, and 3, increasing the chance of landing all five scatters (and the 2,500x jackpot) in the process.

 
It was also released couple months ago, in some online casinos. I personally played doa2 with the bonus buy option. To be honest I didn't like it. I think it's better grinding through the base game to trigger the bonus than just buying it. Gambling is missing the point.

 
It was possible to buy bonus on dead or alive 2 back in april, does anyone know why they removed it?

It was withdrawn by netent for tactical and marketing reasons. The game was like a pre release for like 2 weeks before it was withdrawn.
