Last week they sent me 100% up to £200 bonus. I was super lucky (of course bc i lost over £7000 on this branded sites!). Finally i won £4000 but they removed all my winnings. because i had few spins raised to £6 (max is £5). that was a accident since the game stake only has £2 £4 £6. i thought the stake after £4 is £5 but that is £6. i didnt win any thing but only lose when i played with £6. After i realised it, i stick the rule and played with £5. so all of my winnings are from my £5 stake. and they removed all my winnings. According the TC you are only allowed to remove my winnings from those over bets is it?

I have said that every slot machine should be set to its minimum stake and then each person should change it to suit their own budget. Unfortunately you did break the Ts and Cs and could have bet lower,like £4 for example.

You should have informed them that you passed the max bet. So yeah they confiscated the money inside their bonus terms. I know couple casinos with higher max bet than this while wagering.

So you knew the terms and conditions in advance, you then went on to break them and now you're telling people not to play on a site because of it.  When did people stop taking responsibility for their own actions?  This is 100% your fault, not theirs.
