So i browsed the new casino's section yesterday and found Crazeplay as a new casino. I decided to sign up and play with some bonusses. I deposited 2 times 50 euro with the welcome bonus and a 3th deposit of 25 euro without bonus, somehow 6 euro got added as bonus money. I managed to win 860 euro and tried to withdrawal it. Today i logged on to check the status and the balanced was downgraded to 250 euro. I started the chat and the representative told me the max win under 50 euro deposit is 10x the deposit amount. I didnt even asked for a bonus, also not added it in the first place. I asked the representative to check the case but this is what i get:
Karl: As I see in the system, your withdrawal has been declined due to a breach on our terms and conditions, since the maximum withdrawal amount with a bonus when the deposit less that 50EUR is, is 10x the deposited amount
Karl: Please kindly notice that this was already checked by the payment department and the casino management and the desicion is final. You are responsible to read the terms and conditions which you accepted, before start to play
I hope u can help me with this issue. Im playing casinos for over 7 years but this never happend to me.
