@Skylined87

I signed up using the link and code on 1st deposit at Casitsu but they denied it so I link them here at their request. They said "Unfortunately, we do not have that promotion code on our end." Then they said it wasn't a valid anymore. Tried to make me take the standard 1st deposit. Have chat logs

Told them I'd talk to you guys and left my deposit waiting they won't give it back without full verification. Smiling high res photo included. Harsh verification there mate

Send me a DM buddy with the email you used registering there. Most likely just CS not being properly informed.

Dear Player,

Thank you for voicing your concern.

We understand that this event might have been irritating.

We have now manually issued you the bonus.

Please note:

1. No bonus code was used during the deposit process. You may have entered a code into the appropriate field, but likely forgot to click on the "Add" button. This is your double-opt-in consent to use the bonus and abide by its terms. Whatever the case really was, no code was applied during the deposit process.

2. Cashing out or requesting a refund will always require a full KYC process. This is a regulatory and AML requirement, which no casino should dodge.

Thank you for your patience and we hope you will enjoy our games.

I assure you it was entered as that was the first thing I looked for as it says right here to add promo code as this is the reason I checked. Not to mention the bonus code box and add button take up a third of the deposit box.

I understand with 20 yrs+ of online gaming experience about the KYC procedure. Merely pointing out having to produce a photo of license (normal) then another personally holding the driving license is an abnormal step which can add scrutiny to the clarity of the license with holder in the picture itself? Been here before elsewhere.

But thank you for your help promptly within 24 hours. Much appreciated. For applying the bonus.

Thanks @Skylined87 always ready and willing to help. Gotta a tip jar bud lul.....seriously the amount of times you've helped me out

Really nice

Is Slotbox safe in the UK? Unlike all the others listed, (not including White Hats as can't sign up for those), it didn't prevent me from starting signup and has the offer listed in GBP.  I was part way through registering and wanted to check something else in the T&Cs and noticed it lists UK as a no-no country even though it was clearly aware I was in the UK and I'd already chosen UK earlier in the signup process.

I passed on the question, it's been communicated that offer that is shown should be for Northern Ireland and they accept GBP there, also any players that are in prohibited countries get their accounts blocked.
