I have had an account on Casumo for a couple of years. constantly being asked to verify it, SOW the usual stuff. I have done everything requested. I went on tonight to remove one of the cards I used and was told you need to re-Verify your account before we can remove it, then whilst I am on chat he sends me verification notice!!! I asked where in the T&C it says you need to re-verify your account to remove a card from it, he never knew needless to say because it's nonsense. Anyone else had these issues with Casumo??
