Casumo suspend account

Hi just wandering has anyone had same bitter experience as me with Casumo casino all started when I started to win they asked for documents for I. D. Then proof address then proof of my bank card. 

Then when I started to win again they came back with source of wealth all other docs cleared and varified quickly but source of wealth just didn't happen they had payslips off me bank statements off me p60 off me even copy of my work contract still pending days later I had £1500 left in balance off winnings but couldn't withdraw it so I played it off because had a sneaky suspicion they weren't gonna pay out and I was right I place a post on here and someone off casumo replied with some text book bull shit about I should contact support which I've done 8 times plus they said they had concerns about my gambling which was bullshit and if I did respond to email they would suspend account so I wrote told them I'm fine more than capable of playing with funds and happy to play on which they replied days later saying suspend my account for my own well beingand to take a break for few months then come back to them on my knees I would imagine begging to let me play again don't think so learn from this you win few times with these cowboys they'll give you the runabout I came away with profit but wouldn't go back not trust worthy and you'll soon find out when you have couple goid wins avoid these people casumo you are 100%crap and scammers

Doing the same thing to me mate, absoulotely terrible, even if they wanted the wealth payslip stuff, because we already play there we should get the withdrawal and sort the rest out after when you havnt got anyghing in there

They have not asked me about these documents. What country are you from? Mabye they require more from sertain countries?

Anyway it seems like bullshit to me. If they require those documents and truely do because they want to make sure you can afford to gamble, they should ask about this before deposit, not withdrawal. It's a taste of the dirty part of the business, unfortunately.

seeing more and more of these stories about casumo suspending accounts and wanting your personal wealth/income information, its out of order, thats why the streamers dont play there anymore, shame because they are a good site

It is I enjoyed the games etc but like people have said all documents should be asked for up front before deposit let them review and impose limits etc to match your wealth then that's it let you play instead of stalling payments and thinking of new ways to delve into your personal finances and banking information totally unfair of casumo

Locking this as well - Casinos are required to do Source of Wealth checks due to AML regulations. That's something that can't be avoided, of course it's inconvenient for the player but nothing can be done here. I have reached out to Casumo to have a look at the threads but nothing can be done in this case.
