Hello dear community, I have the following problem and I applied for a payment at Casumo Casino on December 13th, 2020 and this has not been processed until today, someone may have already had such experiences or my account is fully verified but no processing of the live chat puts me off With the excuse that they currently have to make a lot of payments and there are delays, but I think that over a week is long enough to process them. Hope someone can tell me about their experiences Thank you very much and stay healthy.

 
Thanks for the advice in the meantime I have learned from it, but that doesn't help me in the matter, maybe someone might have an idea what I could do to finally get my profit ??? 

 
You could start of with a wager limit, if you feel like you might cancel the withdrawal and gamble it away. 
Other than that, just be patient.. I have myself waited for a withdrawal 1 month once on a different casino.. Casumo will pay eventually. 
Definitly try reaching out once a day in the livechat if they can fastforward your withdrawal. GL!

 
Thanks again for the quick answer I will definitely not continue playing and I will be patient and contact the live chat every day, but for a casino of this size this is pathetic in my opinion but thank you anyway and stay healthy 

 
IMO, casumo is the worst casino that CG is promoting :)  and im saying that when theres other crap there too. Anyone reading this should ask around and do their research before jumping on ANY casino being promoted by CG and/or their streamers. Some of the sites streamers are affiliated with even have deposit/withdrawal fees which is extremely greedy in my eyes and no one should ever play on those unless you are hammering and milking an extremely lucrative bonus offer. Don't just jump on it, deposit and come here when you hit big but get struck by not standard KYC but stupidly absurd KYC and delays with incompetent live support.

If you are not really into offers or wagering, just stick to a casino with games u want. Bet365, Betfair, Ladbrokes, Coral, Paddypower, William Hill to name a few and those are all the largest gambling companies in the world so you know they wouldnt make your life as hard as small-medium casinos.

 
Thanks for your tip, I have now learned from it, but I hope that Casumo will process my payout in the foreseeable future and I can finally look forward to my win. 

 
I myself have gambled on Casumo and made multiple withdrawals of 2-5k Euro with success. You should be fine! :)

Update 16:15 I just received an email confirming that my payment has been successfully completed. I am very happy about it and again I thank you all for the great tips and the encouraging words
