my withdrawal(10k)on slotsmillion still not payed after pending for one week,they say they are waiting for isoftbet to confirm my win.and only when this is done my withdrawal will be processed.first i was told they asked isoftbet friday a week ago,today was one week ago and now they said they asked them last sunday.so i gave them the benifit of the doubt and said i will wait untill this sunday.what do you think,are they stalling?this sunday the withdrawal will be pending 9 days,what should i do if the withdrawal still isn't processed than?i am playing online casino's for about 15 years and have had several delaying tactics but this is the biggest amount i withdraw so there could be some things i am missing.i am going to file a complaint on sunday if it's still not processed.any good advise is helpfull.

@Remy1977 if slotsmillion contacted isoftbet on a Sunday, then that means that isoftbet saw it on Monday.
Usually a software provider takes 7 workday to response with the conclusion if the investigation.
Also there is a representative here from slotsmillion that can help.

Ok,thank you for that answer.but what i don't understand is in their t&c's(i will send a screenshot) it shows clearly that a withdrawal can take up to 7 days when it's over 10k.but it doesn't say business days,and the way i read it.it doesn't say it can take longer.i talked to the representative in pm but hey is saying the same things as i heard in chat.and normally i am patience but i have been told once or twice in chat that it will only take a day or 2-3 so that would have been last tuesday.i have already spend hours to get this solved in a friendly way and it's giving me alot of stress.that's the reason i am done with it

Casino requests this investigation to check if the winnings made are clean and not made due to a glitch, fraud etc. This request can be made by the casino when the winnings exceeds 10k. (If you ask me, its kinda silly)
Now @Remy1977 the 7 days is a sample( 7 days always are workdays). Depending on the case it might take longer. In your case, i dont believe it wont take much longer. I believe on Monday or Tuesday it, you should have the confirmation email by the casino.
So you think a have to wait another 2 days longer?the reason that i am on it so much and what i also explained to them.my wife was very sick but we have alot of luck because she cured.i am not asking and don't want any pity.but me,my wife and kids had a very hard time the last couple of months.so i was so happy to get this win and when they said they are almost sure the withdrawal will be processed by last tuesday.i was so stupid and this is my mistake but i ordered some expensive toys for my kids and a necklace for my wife wich i couldn't afford before this.i canceled the most of it but the presents i promissed my kids i just couldn't cancel and if you have kids i think you will understand.this all is the reason i am pushing so much wich i normally don't have to do,because money is not important but health is.i know people will make up a story to speed up the casino's,this is not what i am doingbi just want to explain.so no pity,all is going good now.but i think you understand the stress it gives all together.

@Remy1977yes I fully understand since I have been in a similar situation. I believe that slotsmillion should come up till Tuesday with the confirmation email.

If they promise it will be processed tuesday or even before if possible,than i want to accept that.but only if they give me their word on it.but it already seems to be a problem to reply here or to my pm so i doubt they will.if i wait till tuesday it will be pending 11 days.i already spoken to a lawyer who wants to look into the case and advise me for €250.so i will do that when they leave me with no other choice.

@Slotplayer i think so too but if there really is a gamecheck than i will see my withdrawal processed this tuesday.
Just contacted chat again,asked if they can promise the withdrawal will be processed tuesday latest but the can't.but i still follow up to the advice from teamkayenne.but seen all the complaints i am 99% sure that they will stall as long as possible,if not i will apologize to them and take back everything said.i am going to spent my sunday preparing my complaint and review,sad that i need to invest so many hours into this.have a nice sunday all.
