Casino room - unclear t’s and c’s and now £800 down :(

I deposited £100 on casino room and got a 200% bonus. I won £800 ish on koi princess without touching the bonus, I then tried to cash out but it said I have an active bonus and I need to wager so I carried on playing didn’t beat the wager, then live chat tell me if I had messaged them then I could have forfeited my bonus and cashed out but this was not made clear on any of the pages!!!! Very annoyed, tried to get my money back and they gave me £20 ?

Never known casino room to let you forfeit the bonus and withdraw. Once you deposit everything is tied in until you complete the wagering in my experience and I’m vip there

Its new rules that apply to all casinos in the UK. Parachute bonuses on all UK licensed casinos, since the change. Thats one of the things UKGC pushed for.

I'm in the UK and you're right a lot of casinos have recently bought in the new terms where if you don't dip into bonus funds you can withdraw. I haven't been sent new terms or asked to accept them when logging in at Casinoroom.

I'm in the middle of a bonus there at the moment in fact... I'm a few hundred pounds up but can't withdraw and haven't dipped into the bonus at any point on the withdrawal page.

EDIT * I stand corrected, I just asked live chat and they say you can forfeit. Sorry you lost out, try and see it as a £100 loss though it might make you feel better as unfortunately I doubt you'll get anything out of the casino as they'll have it hidden in terms somewhere.

So do you not think there is anyway I will get my money as it was so unclear that you could forfeit the bonus and take your winnings I have tried asking them but don’t know if anyone off here would know what to say, it’s just it’s a lot to me and would have been really helpful right now
