I bought a 100 euro ecopayz voucher but turns out it doesn't work for Norwegian players. Are there anyboydy willing to help me by buying it? I will pay all fees, Well make it a secure way to exchange. If i trust you I will send the code in beforehand.

well where did you buy that voucher? Because you can deposit with debit card to your eco pays or with bank transfer to eco pays.

I would recommend using Visa card when depositing. Low fees maybe like 10 NOK per 2k NOK you deposit. I use sites as Coolbet, casino Friday and slothino. All these sites are safe and fast with verification + withdrawal.
