can anybody tell me how long it takes for isoftbet to confirm a big win is legit so the casino can pay the withdraw?

I am almost waiting for one week for a €10.000 withdrawal.

never make big withdrawal like 10k, make two 5k  at the time, always faster and less complicated .....!

I saw it on youtube team kayenne,thank you for that.today is exactly one week that they have send the request to isoftbet.but because of reading alot of complaints about withdrawals i think i won't get my withdrawal today,i think i have to file a complaint and inform the authorithy.
