Bitstarz - no customer loyality, bad casino dont bother

Hey, so this is actually my first post here, I am an avid lurker and been online gambling for years.

 This is a rant because i am extremely fed up with Bitstarz and their lack of customer loyality. 

I have spent thousands at this casino, they have good game selection and fast withdrawls.

 I have only made 1 withdrawl one about $2000 CAD I have been depositing there for the past 6 months or so, approx $100-$300 a week.  

Their lack of bonuses is frustrating, one of the things I used to like about bitstarz was their friday loyality bonus, and the try again free spins. 

This week i deposited $300 with 0 withdrawls. I got a $7 loyality bonus and 30 freespins that i won 29 cents on...

They recently changed the games you can play with your free spins to some whack game that you dont win a dime on... 

I am pretty sure I am done wasting my money here and this is just a warning to anyone considering using this casino.. just dont.

I have the opposite experience with this casino. Made 1 deposit € 100,- with bonus, trew Bitcoin. Wagered and won € 2500;-. Without any verification for the money in my wallet in 10 min

Thats not the opposite experience though its just getting lucky.

I think a general rule is that you should be wary of any casino that gives out freespins. They do it because its so low value. The only casino I know about that openly communicates the % they give back is Rollbit who gives back about 50% of their edge , mostly split between rakeback, levelup rewards and daily/weekly/monthly bonus).  I would hope this becomes standard practice but I doubt it because I imagine most casinos rewards programs are a joke.
