Hey, just wondering if anyone could help me out here... basically I deposited into BetVictor and as I was claiming my welcome bonus their website timed out... So anyway I continued onwards after the page had refreshed and my deposit had gone in, however I had no welcome bonus!? Ive tried to contact their customer support however anytime you get close to speaking with an advisor the chat times out. Any help/advice?

Hi mate 

if you use live chat during office hours it does work.

if not email them they tend to respond pretty quickly.

let me know if you don't find a resolution

Hey mate, I didn't find a resolution, I ended up waiting over an hour for the live chat and then just thought fuck it and used the non bonus money. Cheers for your help mate.
