TL;DR : Jonny Jackpot got me banned from all White Hat Gaming sites without breaking terms of service.
Heya.
So I have played at White Hat Gaming sites for years, and we all know that if you break a ToS that your bonus is history right?
My first loss from ToS was at G'Day casino where they took £500 and returned my deposit because I had more than one account. They merged the accounts into one and said I could continue to play but the funds remained confiscated. Lesson learned.
So from them on I was stringent. I slipped up a couple of times in a late night stupor and lost a couple more deposits.
I've used White Hat Gaming since then and always followed the rules. To the letter. So much that my favourite site in recent times became JonnyJackpot.
However I received an email the other day when I withdrew.
So they have not banned me for bonus abuse, because they paid me and never said I did abuse a bonus.
I can still play on my accounts with real money, but get no bonuses whatsoever. Plus I cannot sign up to any new sites.
Now if I had just withdrew 100k for the third time in a week, I could understand this from a "protect the business" perspective. But I am a low roller. My total monthly deposits don't go over £100 most months. I just casually play 10/20p slots and when I do win, I always put some back as part of the cycle.
It feels like somehow this is a mistake, but then I read about others who had the same issue with JonnyJackpot. Is there some kind of problem with that provider and WHG specifically?
Anyway, I'm not saying don't play on WHG, but just beware they seem to cut you off without a good reason. I never broke any of their rules.

Following a review of your account, we have decided to no longer offer you bonuses or promotional offers. This exclusion from bonuses is extended to include all casinos across the entire network.
Please note that you will still be able to use all your current active account on the network as per usual. However, you are no longer permitted to open any further accounts on the network effective immediately. If you attempt to open any further accounts on the network they will be terminated and any funds accumulated will be confiscated (and your deposits will be returned).
