I beat the big wager from a 200 pound deposit and ended up the evening with a lovely big win of around 19k. They reviewed it and said they are refusing to pay it as the terms and conditions were broken which they weren't within the welcome bonus, I've checked !
Withing the welcome bonus I kept it below 5 a spin then after that it took off.
On replying to their customer service I mentioned how upset I was that there was no good reason for this the woman replying said I should seek help and banned me for 5 years ? For depositing just 200 pound and playing. I'm frankly disgusted but what can I do !
