Hi guys,

Norwegian players cannot get direct withdrawals from casinos, and the 3rd parties are quickly sniffed out by the Norwegian Gambling Commission (lotteritilsynet) and the banks. Anyone who tries to withdraw to a DNB bank account will contribute to the blocks of new sources. 

Skrill is the best way to go at this. Here I will explain each step in detail for you:
1 - Make a small paysafecard deposit to skrill, then deposit that to the casino you're wanting to withdraw from. That opens up for withdrawals from that casino to skrill. (you need to do this because if you deposit to skrill from a Norwegian bank account, you will trigger a box asking if you're gonna use the money for gambling. You cannot do this)
2 - Then make a small deposit to skrill from your bank account with your visa card. This opens up for withdrawals from skrill to your bank account. 
3 - Withdraw from casino to skrill, then from skrill to your bank account. 

It's gonna get harder and harder, and this is the only quick way to do it these days. Using the method i just told you makes the money reach your bank account within 1-2 days. 

I am constantly on the phone with Lotteritilsynet about this, and I'm currently working on setting up a meeting with Kulturdepartementet.
I will eventually need signed forms from Norwegians who want to decide for themselves what they spend their own money on, without the government blocking them. This form will be vital, as it will allow me to speak on behalf of you all and with your support, to put pressure on the politicians to stay out of our personal lives.

It doesn't work to deposit from bank to Skrill, the best thing is to get a Skrill PREPAID MASTERCARD, it costs a little when you withdraw money from the ATM, but I see no other options

It's possible to deposit to skrill if you say you're not gonna use the very funds you deposit for gambling transactions. That opens up for withdrawing from skrill to your bank in the future. 

Also, there'a a big problem right now, and that's the fact that the same leftist politicians who are trying to block you from making your own choices, have found themselves in violation of the EEA agreement. The Norwegian State is now being pursued in EU court over this very issue, and Betsson is one of those pursuing it. 
Arbeiderpartiet was charging full speed when they implemented the block, completely disregarding the fact that their "mother" Gro Harlem Brundtland was the one who signed the EEA agreement in the first place.

Not to mention the fact that if you, as a DNB or Nordea customer, travel to Denmark and go to a landbased casino there, your payments from your DNB or Nordea Debit card will actually be blocked from transactions at their casinos! 

This is so clearly the traits of a dictatorship, it's getting ridiculous. This is the type of stuff North Korea does! 

Norway is approaching full blown socialism, and we all know what kinda track record socialism has. Civil war will break out when people realize what's going on.

For now, cus you don't have DNB or Nordea. You'll have to change your methods soon too.

Not to troll your thread, but I noticed you're a politician, NK has the best hackers in the world but in terms of payments and financials its either bitcoin or cash. Norwegian politicians ain't blowing their leaders to bits with artillery. Citizens ain't starving. They have freedom of speech ... and Salmon, and oil.

Civil war. It's just not going to happen. That, and the fact that Norwegian politicians are sneaky as NINJAS in terms of getting stuff done. They want the money to be kept within the borders. Free trade is alright, but there's no value for Norwegians here. Unfortunately, the powers that be won't bend in terms of opening up the market - and as such, you're stuck with today's cats & mice game. The ban certainly doesn't make sense from an economic perspective.

Also, this political shift isn't unique to Norway. It's happening all over the world. The world simply isn't a globe with countries and drawn up borders anymore. Those who embrace, or prepare for change are the ones who'll prosper. From a macro perspective; gambling will be legalized at some point. 

I find it peculiar that no one is discussing taxation on top of this. Because, once you do get your money - it's tax time. However, there are lots of loopholes to be exploited due to EEA-agreement, so lawyer up if you're looking at getting a 5-6 digit transfer and want to avoid taxing it.

There's an obvious problem with the "no borders" policy, and that's the fact that people will have to give up on the "luxuries" they have in countries like Norway. By default, people are never willing to go backwards. Any country that ever tried this (socialism) has failed. There's a reason why people always say "look at history"- you will learn by it. History repeats itself over and over, until people learn and stop trying to replicate what's proven to be a failure in every single attempt. 

Open borders is a bad thing. It makes it way harder to uphold the laws and regulations. Have you ever heard of a government that's willing to let go of their power? I haven't. It's just not gonna happen. 

I have been in several talks with Lotteritilsynet about taxation, and the possibility of implementing a license arrangement for online casinos, where lotteritilsynet and stortinget sets the rules for how they can legally operate towards the Norwegian market. It's quite straight forward, but the politicians in power are too focused on the 5% they get from Norwegian gamblers that go towards sports (grasrotandelen).
This by itself is theft in my opinion. Not a single person that gambles wants to give the house an additional 5% edge to support some rich sports team that should have funds given by the government and local heroes in the first place. 

And yeah, I will be working together with several international brands to get a change in how the government acts towards the free trade agreements. A monopoly is never good, and shouldn't even be legal. It's not legal for anyone else to have a monopoly, so why should the laws dont apply to them? 

 
In my view, in the short to medium term (and certainly before any unlikely eventual licensing regime takes shape) the Norwegian authorities will be successful in crippling the deposits but especially the withdrawal flows to such a degree that all but hardcore players will give up on playing on non-locally licensed sites.

 
yeah, i feel the struggle. i had to wait for 3 weeks for my withdrawl on LeoVegas, the money was stuck in a loop with bank transfer, but finally we sortet it out and i got my 5200 NOK to my skrill:)  i was able to withdraw it to my bank within 2 days:) the day after skrill told that it was not possible to withdraw to norwegian banks, so i guess i got lucky:P to i think that a prepaid mastercard would be the best option, and just take out money  at an ATM and cry little bit when you pay that transaction fee:P

 
so what you are saying is that you can no longer withdraw from skrill to norwegian banks? Im gonna withdraw a larger sum from leo, whats my best option?
