Spamming text messages from casino affiliates is

The other day I received a text message from SpinBigWin (Wildz and Caxino affiliate). This is the 6th or 7th Message in just a few days. (See attached image - I have removed the link from the picture). Normally I do not click on any links and just delete the SMS, but I wanted to see who this is, and who they are affiliated with, as this was getting very annoying by now.

They are affiliated with
Wildz, Caxino, Slotty Vegas, Comeon! and White Lion. (From before I have an account at Comeon and Wildz)

So, I logged on my account at Wildz (a casino promoted here) and go the support chat. I tell them that one of their affiliates are spamming SMS messages and I want Wildz to make them stop this.

The customerdrone was not very helpful at all. I never said that Wildz was spamming this, but that their affiliate is spamming. Instead he kept on saying that they have no way of stopping their affiliates to make unwanted contact with their potential customers.

Is there Wildz and or Caxino rep. here that can investigate this? These text messages are HIGHLY annoying, not appreciated and I would not be surprised if this kind of advertisement is illegal in EU / EØS law.

I will sure as HELL not contact this site as suggested by the Wildz rep. and tell them to stop spamming me! God only knows how many more SMSes I would receive after that!

I guess you have been reading this thread:

There is a few tips and suggestions here....

I know for sure it helps. The numer of SMS spam to my number has been reduced significantly after i took action and keept bugging and complaining every time they spammed me - i spammed them.

I suggest always to send screenshots to their e-mail with provided affiliate link, they can always track the affiliate this way. The chat support usually dont know anything or can do anything about it, so you need to e-mail the casino or the affiliate contact information (usually somewhere on their homepage).

If the casino does not take your privacy seriously, it's the best to close your account - you dont want to be a customer on a casino that works with 3rd party affiliates that cant respect GDPR.

Good luck and dont give up, your efford can help thousands!
