Advice on my actions take

I was wondering if someone can help me I have been waiting on a withdrawal from video slots for weeks when I asked then what is going on the customer Service just Reply  with different department

will contact you if we get any information thats it 

but yesterday the added that the team has tried to call you but couldn’t get thought however I have no missed calls from any unknown number and I don’t have them blocked On my phone and phone  working fine  today was the same but this time they say

 I had pick up but didn’t talk double checked the phone number and I got we will call you by the end of the day so waiting by phone no call but video slots said they call  twice 

there is no way  for me to call them 

all I get is we will reschedule a call or we have and no information yet it’s with a different team 

at this point I don’t know what to do to get my withdrawal I was wondering if someone with any experience could shine a light as at this point feel like I have just loss my money or dare I say scammed out of it
