Hi.

My bank card was used without my knowledge on this site by a minor. A false address was given..which clearly should have been picked up as it didn't match my bank. A false email and NO ID checks were made before 9 deposits were allowed. Has anyone got a contact there?

Depends who the minor is I guess? If not your own offspring, contact bank to report fraudulent use of your card and get chargebacks that way.

Otherwise just contact their support. If you don't get anywhere, contact UKGC. Underage gambling is a big thing, so don't claim it if untrue, and I hope you have some sort of proof, then it should be pretty straightforward to get money back.

I agree, the first thing you should do is to contact your bank (if the minor in question wasn't your own kid.).

It could also be a nice excuse if you lose money and now claim that it was a minor who used your card hard to proof

Rogue? Not sure about that as they are part of WHG but that group does have a reputation for banning people easily. Although I've had little trouble with WHG casinos other than this one over 1 spin played at too high for a bonus.
