21.com Casino- Bad experience/warning

Before i start, let me clarify this is just my experience and how i felt i have been treated. 
 

Now i decided after the new year to try my luck at 21 Casino given i had already sent in documents and in my mind was verified. So i Thought if i got lucky withdrawal would be painless. Boy was i wrong. 
 

It all started with a withdrawal done around 2nd of january. I was quickly asked for more documents, more specific a bank statement. I happily provided this and the 4th of january my pending withdrawal got accepted and sent. This led me to believe my documents was in order and all good. 
 

So i made another deposit and this time won a larger amount then last time and made another withdrawal. To my suprise i received a email saying my bank statement is rejected. Me trying to clarify this i went to live support where i had a grueling experience trying to figure this out. 
I was finally told the reason which was they needed IBAN/SWIFT on the bank statement, the first ever casino demanding this. After searching and asking around i was told this is near impossible to find on a regular bank statement and even a more hassle to get from a Norwegian bank. 
 

I tried however sending another bank documents and a screenshot of my account information which showed my IBAN and SWIFT so they could match these up since the account number is the same on my bank statement however this was rejected over and over again and i was left frustrated and in belief i was never going to be able to cash out which to no suprise left me to punt my winnings away. 

Now the funny part, after i lost i received a email stating that the same « account information» screenshot i sent in with my bank statement was actually enough and they decided to approve my documents and verify it. 
After stalling first and rejecting it until the moment after i lost. 
Which seems unethical and is straight up lieing. 
 

i’m not seeking anything or a compenssation just posting this as a warning for other users if your not verified or Even if you are be careful.

You should always talk to @Bob_21com on Casinogrounds. He is my go to guy on their casinos. He is a great guy!  Their LS is rubbish. 

BTW the Swift code is never on a Norwegian Bank Statement. Just send a printschreen of the bank`s front page, were their adress and Swiftcode is stated. Your Iban should be on the Bank Statement.

(I had the same issue last year. Bob fixed it in less than an hour)

Thanks for your advice. I tried this and with the help of Bob and was still rejected sadly. They did not accept that screenshot before i lost. 

 
Update: 

I am yet to hear anything about this, and even worse my withdrawal that was sent to me on the 4th of january and promised i would have latest 11th of january have not arrived. 
At this point i would not be suprised if i don’t Get this money or they Get returned to my account to gamble away and just another tactic. 
 

Edit: I have now been advised to sent proof to ultracasino support for my missing withdrawal which is fine. But my winnings were made on 21.com casino and not Ultra Casino which seems to have ALOT of complaints on the forum right now.

The withdrawal paid out on 4th of January looks successful in our end, and therefore you have been requested to provide a bank statement showing that you haven't received these funds. Once you have sent this document to our customer service, we will forward the case to our Payment & Fraud department for investigation.

Update: 

No money received still, have provided the neccesary documents for more investigation. Lets see how long this will take 😕

 
Small update: 

I have been promised that the 15th of january as of latest will be the day i should receive my withdrawal. 
The delay is due to technical difficulties on theire part. 
Yet to receive anything, and if i don’t within the 15th i have to restart this whole proccess of more documents and bank statement and more delays..

hopefully they can provide proof of transfer with the correct date. 

 
Update: 

12 days ago since my withdrawal was «sent» and i am yet to Get my winnings. 

First promise was 11th january, then they had a technincal difficulity with payment provider, so i was promised latest 15th of january. Still yet to receive my winnings , any sort of compensation for delay or any proof of transfer on theire part. 
 

 
Update: 

It has now been 15 days since my withdrawal was approved and sent. 

In this timeframe i have been promised two different dates, been promised compensation, been promised my money will be on my way, promised i will see a proof of transfer as i have been advised to Ask for and none of the above has been held. 
 

I hope 21.com Casino can sort this out very soon. I have provided every bank statement they have needed and co-operated with them fully. 
 

 
I still havent recieved anything aswell, same situation as you but its ultracasino.

This never happened before in any other casino.

problem is im gonna have to wait until end of month to get bank statement, because in norway it gets produced from month to month.

Keep giving updates, im curious about this.

Seems like this is becoming the norm with UltraCasino/21.com, same issue with me last month. 

Being told multiple times that they have sent it when infact they had not and the funds reappear in my account a few days later, or mysterious technical problems that meant that the withdrawal failed. Amazing that there is no technical issues when we deposit though. 

Hope it all works out for yous and you get the funds. 

 
Seems like this is becoming the norm with UltraCasino/21.com, same issue with me last month. 

Being told multiple times that they have sent it when infact they had not and the funds reappear in my account a few days later, or mysterious technical problems that meant that the withdrawal failed. Amazing that there is no technical issues when we deposit though.

Hi, could it be that the Norwegian banks blocks bankwithdrawals again? 

 
I have had trouble with one deposit on Nitrocasino. I had to wait 3months to get my 500kr deposit once. Had to send a bunch of documents to proove that they was deducted from my bankaccount..

Possibly, however very unlikely. I have never had a issue with receiving withdrawals even when the new norsk tipping law came about blocking foreign transactions. Still received after 3 days max from any casino. 
I am still waiting for a proof of transfer.

 
Update: 

Been promised that we will hopefully have this case solved within this week. 
No money received so far.
