21.com bonus issues

I have had 2 bonuses on 21.com where the casino glitched out or had a technical issue resulting in me having to restart the game. The first was the side bonus on Pink Elephant (where the screen goes dark and bonus symbols appear potentially giving a bonus) and the second was on the new Pirate megaways game (where I was almost at the end of the bonus when it glitched out). Neither of the bonuses restarted when I reopened the game. They are just gone. I have been absolutely robbed and there is apparently no proof of these glitches or bonuses ever having taken place. Just waiting on my cash outs so I can block that casino.

This is not really casino's fault. Sometimes games do bug out, especially the pirate one. Have you checked your history of game play to see if money was credited from the bonuses?
