If I'm reading their withdrawal T&C's correctly, then what they've done is exactly what they say.  (And the limits are terrible) The maximum you can withdraw in 24 hours is 500 euro (or your currency equivalent) so if yours is dollars as you say above then $500, so 3x$500 would be rejected and...
