Sports bet not paid out (BS ruling) - thoughts?

Had a sports bet that was settled ‘lost’ and I’ve chased up with support for help. Been told they’re still looking at it but it won’t be over turned. What are people’s thoughts? I can’t see any justification for it losing.

Trying to escalate as I can’t believe they’ve settled it like that! Been told ‘they must have received medical treatment on the pitch’ but the ‘info’ on the site says ‘a player receives assistance’. Looks like he’s being assisted and helped off the pitch to me. Not cool.

Well, simple google says "In sports betting, specifically football (soccer), a "medical team to enter the pitch" wager is a proposition bet on whether the physios or doctors will physically come onto the playing field to treat an injury during the match. [1]". So in Salibas case that dos not happen. Yes, the medical team came on to the field, but they did not treat him on the field, they just walked with him off the pitch.

Can see in the photo they’re helping him off the pitch. Well, it all comes down to you having a different definition for the word "assistance" than the sportsbooks. Here is the definition of "assistance" in the context of medical team entering the soccer field as per sportsbooks. "In a soccer medical context, assistance refers to the on-field or sideline provision of first aid, emergency care, or physiological"

The definition you’ve posted isn’t in the terms and conditions on the website. It just has the below. He injured his back and they’re supporting him off the pitch holding it. I just think it’s dodgey and if you read the market as ‘medical team enter the pitch’ it should stand. We’ll see what happens but it’ll be the end of me playing any sports (and maybe casino) with them if this is how it’s going to go down.

Good thing you saved screenshots of your conversation, that’s important proof. Give them a few more days, but if they still don’t resolve it, make sure to report the platform. You can also check out Cashy’s justice fund they might be able to help if you have enough evidence

They’ve confirmed the bet will not be paid out and is considered a loss. I’m not happy about this however they have credited $350 bonus against the $660 win. I know they’re reliant on the sportsbook being fair so it’s not their fault technically - doesn’t make it any easier though.

What you on about? It says enter the pitch and grant assistance. Is helping a player off the pitch not assistance? Theres no other definition.

Always surprising me when people on the forum actively find something for the casino. Anyway it’s sorted and hype did more than they technically needed to (if you believe it’s lost)
