Bethard refuse to payout accordingly WARNING

BetHard paid out even if they didn't have to.
This issue was very complicated as it involved both the provider and the casino but Kim and CasinoGrounds team managed to reach the right people who could help resolve the issue.

Bethard claim not to able to see my bonuses, and they claim i won 0kr and ”4kr” yet cant replay the bonus, and i know for a fact they were gone while i was asleep.

4 scatters Punk Rocker 50kr bet,
Lowest symbol is 10kr.
So how can it be 4kr?

pictures attached, cant even replay the bonuses if it was my bonuses. So i believe both bonuses got lost, and cant play them, so NLC need to manually check and verify, but i cant reach out to evolution or NLC.

They did and claim i won 0kr at 12,000 bonus, but unable ti give me the replay, we all know thats impossible from a punk rocker 4 scatter, they Said same with my 3 scatter san Quentin aswell, but the 4kr ”win” was on the trigger. Because Lowest psying symbol is 10kr so i know its bullshit, i even have pictures of the 4 scatter one, so Bethard refuse to help me. And contact NLC is impossible for me.

I believe they lied and Said they contacted NLC, because now when i threaten with civil lawsuit in Sweden they replied ”we Will send it to NLC to verify and reach back to mail”

Jo min teori är ju att bonusarna är där, men oavklarade, och därför dem inte tillåter mig att se repris. Kolla bifogade bilder.

Mailen där dem bekräftar att det är två bonus rundor. Men dem bekräftar ju inte spel ID till mig, och undviker bekräfta det på mail. Hur ska jag annars be dem granska resultat om jag inte får ta del av spel ID?

That’ what ive been doing? They claim its nothing there, or claim bonus paid 0. But refuserad to show me the replay of it so i can verify myself, then they make false claims saying it was verified by NLC, but why would they send another request to NLC after i threaten to sue them?

I did, and they claim NLC doesnt have replays. And it was ”Correct” but i know thats a lie. NLC has replays from every single bet ive placed on any of their slots.
So can you help me with game ID pull up replay?
I believe it’s a big win which is why Bethard fighting this against me, even denying me to talk to anyone relevant Department.

Yeah, that what i am trying to do, but Bethard refusing and claim it won 0, but it was trigger that shows it.
Thats also why the replay button is gone from that round, because its technically not finished. So @LetsGiveItASpin hope you can get NLC to fix that for me

But since Bethard wont show me any of the communication i dont know why it takes so long, they could send wrong game ID or even lie to not make it appear in my balance, because its a 12k bonus.
I got a mail tho from their support at beginning confirming the game ID was the two missions bonuses, but i dont know personally if thats true. Thats why i need NLC to locate and give me replay of the bonuses or like make them playable so it shows up on Bethard what they paid.
This is why i hate casinos and customers support overall, Imagine if i were 60 year old, 40 year old with no knowledge about this, how would they’ve gotten help,
So this is important that letsgiveitaspin shows that people care and want whats right, and that shit like Bethard doing cant be unseen.

They still refuse to talk to me regarding the issue. Livesupport claims they cant do anything, but when i ask for the department to reach out to me. They dont.
And every different person on live support says something different. So cancerous. And this is CG promoting?
I have contacted 3 lawyers in Sweden with all information to hopefully bring this to court if they dont resolve issue soon.
In Sweden we have ”editionstillägg” which means Swedish Court can force Bethard and NLC to provide technicall logs and documents. Which Will show their communication and results of my bonuses. So for their sake i hope they resolve it before going to court. Because then it Will become praxis in Sweden and used as reference in future cases.
Even Malta court requires game providers and casinos to provide technical logs and documents to prove their sake.
And since its confirmed NLC has the replays and the bonus rounds, i dont understand why Bethard fighting this. They’ll lose in long run because of the technicality they have to prove it paid 0kr if they claim that. Which they can’t.

Anything related to issue? I’m no developer so not sure. But perhaps someone Else might know.


Update : Bethard has sent request to ask for all available information from NLC regarding my rounds. But does that include replays?
Because how can i verify what the bonuses pays if they wont show replays?
Isnt NLC very open about replays?
Shouldnt NLC be able to pull replays from the backend no matter what?
Then Bethard can payout accordingly, so i hope slotdeveloper or Kim perhaps can get me the replays, and i’ll take it to Bethard,
I want to see the replay award the 4 scatter punk rocker bonus and what it pays. Only way for me to confirm what it paid. Which is logical in my opinion.
And with my experience with NLC slots for 5+ years, is that every game round / game id, has a replay to it, so it can be verified whatever it paid is accurate.
