I don't know what country you are in, but some regulators will chase these down. Also think of getting to the providers directly.

That is so sad that those are most likely just scammers. :( You should Broddy stay away from these shady casinos and stick with good ones.
 
Just to let you guys know: I’ve already received 2 or 3 private messages from other users who faced the exact same issue with this casino group, where their legitimate winnings were completely wiped out under the same shady pretexts. This is clearly a systematic pattern.

I will put 100% of my energy into ensuring that these casinos are no longer promoted anywhere. They don't deserve any players, and they absolutely belong on a public blacklist as a 'Scam Casino' instead of being listed on reputable affiliate sites.

The casino tried to dodge the issue behind the scenes by claiming an unknown '3rd party mediator' supposedly decided that the casino is in the right. This is hilarious because ALL official mediators that I actually involved are still fully open! The casino refuses to name who this mysterious mediator is, and they haven't provided a single piece of evidence or a written statement from them.

Meanwhile, my official public complaint on Casino Guru is still completely open and the timer expired without a single response from the casino. They have totally failed to provide any technical explanation or bet logs there. I am definitely not backing down against these scammers. It's not a fiat casino. It's a crypto outfit that also accept fiat. As with most of these offshore casinos, you will find it difficult to ever withdraw via fiat as the payment mechanisms they use will be all blocked by European licenced banks anyway as fraudulent sources.

And the issue raised here of non payment of large wins is that the owners of the casino, the games aggregator are all allegedly the one and the same. Said games aggregator also allegedly serves rollbit, stake etc.

Oh stand corrected. Thanks for the info. Nevertheless, I stand with what I said that these casinos that normally review withdrawals always find ways not to pay you. On Stake I have never encountered such an issue.

After more than 3 months of an intense internal investigation and reviewing all the evidence (including my video proofs and terms check), the external independent mediator Casino Guru has just officially ruled fully in my favor!

The analyst explicitly stated that the casino's decision to confiscate my winnings was completely unfair. They confirmed exactly what I’ve been saying all along: once the bonus cap was hit, the bonus was over. The subsequent €63,522 win came from a completely separate real-money phase, and there is absolutely no rule in their T&Cs forcing a player to withdraw before continuing with real money.

Casino Guru has now publicly ordered Spinrise to reconsider and payout the full €63,522 to me.

It’s been an exhausting 3-month battle, but this official ruling is a huge milestone and proves that standing your ground and documenting everything works. Let's see if the casino has any dignity left to pay up, or if they choose to destroy their reputation completely!


@LetsGiveItASpin Kim if the Casino dont pay after Mediators are offical on mysite - i think u should think about to stop promoting them.

Great work you have done. I wish the best for you and I do hope the casino eventually pay out the full amount or settle with the majority of the winnings. At this point the full amount should be payed out with interest but that will most likely never happen. If Spinrise Casino choose not to pay out I really hope the entire group of people behind the Casino and the group will get punished in one or another way.

And for a last remark - CG should remove the Casino from CG-page and any form of collaborations with the Casino and the entire entity behind that.

You are 100% right. The only fair outcome is the full payout of the €63k. I’d be lying if I said this whole situation hasn't taken a massive mental toll on me, so finally getting this settled and receiving my rightful money is all I want right now.

I also completely agree with your last point. If Spinrise decides to ignore a 100% clear and official ruling from the biggest mediator in the space, they have absolutely no business being promoted on a reputable site like CasinoGrounds. If they refuse to pay, I really hope the CG team and @LetsGiveItASpin step up, protect their community, and blacklist this entire casino group once and for all.

Now im waiting for the Respone of Spinrise casino.
 
The business model is clearly not to pay large amounts out. Brass neck robbery, no oversight, a licence not worth wiping your arse with.

Whilst Casinoguru state that they should pay out, I wouldn't get too excited.

I admire the fact that you never give up, and I fully support it. Shady casinos should never get away with behaviour like this. Sadly, there are way too many of them out there with rogue terms and useless licenses (if they even have one) that almost never side with the players in a dispute. Sometimes it's hard to know who to thrust or not, and even the most crappy casinos will usually pay out small winnings without any issues.. But what happens when you win huge like you did.. That's when the problems usually appear.

I hope you will get every cent of your winnings, but regardless of the outcome I would never ever touch that casino brand after reading about your case.

I don't know if the casino has a representative here, but the lack of response from the casino and/or any CG representative during the 3 months since your original post is quite worrying..
 
Hopefully they will pay you that money Broddy but how this casino has handle your case this doesn't look good.

As many of you have followed over the last three months, I have been fighting a exhausting battle against Spinrise Casino regarding my wrongfully confiscated winnings of €63,522.

Today, the casino officially replied to the 100+ day investigation of Casino Guru—the largest independent mediator in the iGaming industry. Casino Guru ruled fully in my favor, stating that the casino fabricated non-existent rules to steal my funds. Despite this official verdict, Spinrise just publicly stated that they “consider the matter closed from their side” and refuse to pay a single cent.

They are openly flipping the bird to industry standards and mediators.

I know that as an affiliate site, CasinoGrounds has no legal liability for a casino's payout decisions. However, you do have an ethical and moral responsibility regarding who you advertise to your loyal community.

You actively promote this casino and its sister brands as "safe" and "trustworthy."

Now that it is proven without a shadow of a doubt that this casino group is practicing brass-necked robbery and officially stealing legitimate player winnings, I am asking the CasinoGrounds management for a clear statement:

Will you draw a line here, stand with your community, and completely stop promoting and blacklisting this entire casino group?

If a brand can openly rob a forum member of over €63,000, ignore the biggest mediator in the world, and still keep its premium advertising space on CasinoGrounds to lure in the next players, then "player protection" becomes completely meaningless.

I highly appreciate the private conversations I’ve had with some team members who took this seriously, but the community deserves to see public action now.
When a partner turns out to be an official rogue scam, the only right consequence is a total ban. I look forward to hearing the management's official stance on this.

Totally predictable. The scam is revolving. Linked companies that keep closing and reopening and rebranding under a non stop arsenal of shell companies.

There was a huge investigation into these by GAMRS an independent service that registers, monitors, and accredits suppliers within the gambling industry. They alleged that the aggregators, payment processors and the branded casinos where all interlinked. Since the report links where posted on thread that advocacy group's website has been taken down together with copies of the damning reports that were on third party sites like scribd. Chilling.

But they clearly couldn't budge one of the UKs biggest newspapers in The Guardian.

And they couldn't make down their own intellectual property claims on WIPO that exposed their names

I've been personally involved in trying to help @Broddy with the issue for months, going over all the data provided and wholeheartedly agree with Guru's decision.

Regarding the advertisement of the brand, we will take necessary actions and make changes.
 
Spin rise is a bunch of scammers..I have also had problems with them. Thankfully I did receive my winnings as it was only a small amount compared to what they stole from you.
