When is the best time in the month to play slots?

The support team are doing the best they can. I am waiting for my bank to send my the Arn code. Truly they made error in withdraw column.

I made a withdraw to my credit card instead of  bank transfer at the same time they debited the amount of my bank account 450euro. Has someone had that same experience? I never would have thought they could do that. Still haven´t heard from them.
