I sent them numerous emails a day even after they blocked my account telling them I was reporting them to UK Fraud (which I did) and then just sending them email after email saying "where's my fucking money" and promising them I'd email the on the hour every hour for as long as it took....they paid eventually.

I'm having the same shit storm now with Red Lion Casino. 5 weeks since I withdrew just 400 quid.

They claim it was processed 4 weeks ago so I have asked them to send proof so I can trace it with my bank and all of a sudden they stopped replying till today when the sent an email claiming that the volume of withdrawals along with issues with their payment system have caused delays but they have put my withdrawal as the highest priority and it will be with me as soon as possible.....in other words Bullshit!

I will keep badgering them though even though I've pretty much given up hope on the money but il make there lives as hellish as possible and will report them to UK Fraud even though they prob can't do anything

Itā€™s criminal behaviour they shouldnā€™t be able to take bets at all from now on. That whole licenceĀ these casino sites have over a dozen cases here now and are not putting a stop to it someone somewhere must have the power to deal with them if you mention curaƧao police they email back quicker for sure!! Iā€™m sick of this now !!! Casino guru has a lot of open cases saying we invite Harrys to convo Harrys donā€™t give a f*ck. people should not be put threw this if the withdrawal hasnā€™tĀ Ā been processed basically saying forget seeing any money for the next few weeks so wrong could be talking fiveĀ weeks and thatā€™s if yourĀ lucky to get it !!Ā

Mate they don't give a shit. They are bandits likely operating offshore and and prob using sites like this to launder organised crime generated cash. The operate outside the law and prey on problem gamblers as the majority of people using sites like this only do so coz they have barred themselves from legitimate UK businessesĀ

Init as soon as I started stepping up the pressure they suddenly pay out but no complaints for me just in future thatā€™s put me offĀ slot anyway especially this dodgy sitesĀ
