I don't understand, why some of you guys are complaining. The CG promotions are just a chance to win some extra money, with the same rules for everyone.
I can't even buy bonuses anymore but I could still get super lucky and win the competition, getting the bonus from a base game hit. And for everyone else who doesn't want to spend that much money to buy a bonus, it's the same deal. It's still a chance, nothing to complain about.
Noone is forcing you to enter this competition. If you'd like to try the game do it and have a chance win some extra money. If you don't want to play the game just don't.

Well as the Citizens of casinogrounds everyone has the right to express their opinion mate . One of our citizens complained and CG listened and made the 2000x buys made ineligible for the comp which I appreciate.
Not complaining but just saying , yes its extra money for the winners but also remember the players who dont win anything and do their bollocks in. Just want you to remember it makes money from the CG members to the involved casinos , providers etc . I dont know the numbers but I beleive even after giving away € 2500 , it would still make money for the involved parties in the promo period alone .
Dont want to start talking about the future revenue these promos could generate by getting more people signing up CG , CG members supporting their favourite streamers , happily signingup their affilation links to support their favourite streamers etc etc .

Thanks for your constructive feedback, it's always appreciated. I must say that with bonus buy games it's always tricky to make the competition "fair" in people's eyes. My thinking on all of the promos is that slot will be played anyway, why not potentially make something extra and enter the competition / raffle while you're at it. Just sayin 0.4€ bet minimum in a game where there is 400x bonus buy (which def wins the comp) is out of reach for me and probablymost of the members. We can win with base game tho.
That said, I like the game. Just like I like Punk Rocker. Sounds and graphics are amazing, base game is tooooooo slooooooowww (split wilds take so much time)

Based on reading the previous comments and my opinion I have some potential feedback regarding the overall promotions:
1. People complaining about the same people winning often. We could look into players who have won a prize in a promotion and not allow them to win prizes two promotions in a row. After 1 inactive promotion they can enter again. This at least provides some more room for others who do not have a major budget to chase the massive wins. Appreciate my fellow Dutchies but yeah many people definitely not going to chase a 3000x+ win on a volatile slot.
2. Somehow limit it to a number of bonus buys for entry that is lucrative for both the casino but also provides an equal chance. Giving everyone the same chance of let’s say 20 bonuses instead of someone only being able to buy 5 bonuses vs. someone having the bankroll for 100 bonus buys.
Again, this is not me complaining but just sharing some thoughts based on overall opinions
Besides that, the game itself and the graphics look very attractive but may pose to be “too much” for some players not understanding how you are supposed to win “big”. It seems more and more players like the understanding of HOW they are winning bit. Otherwise they may just stir away from playing it again. Example: book of shadows and knowing they need to get the relevant symbol + the more, the better

With all due respect , you are contradicting with yourself mate . You said 0.40 of local currency and 850 win in a local currency and then went on to say 4kr bet and 8500kr win ??? .
I know you applied exchange rates there but is it not what causing problem at the first place ? So its not 0.40 bet of local currency then .
Dont know if there is any japanese players here but 0.40 bet of Japanese bet in local currency would be unfair for anybody who is playing from elsewhere for sure .
I understand its very tricky for CG with the minimum bet requirements but the €0.40 or equivalent could be the best one they could follow . Honestly I am just against the 400x bonus buys with the minimum requirement of €0.40 bet . It will be great if the minimum bet could be reduced for this promo.
My only suggestion would be reduce the minimum requirement of € 0.40 when there is a bonus buy option of 400× . We all know the 400x bonus buy is mostly likely to win this comp.
To casinogrounds and all the streamers , €160 minimum per bonus buy required for this comp is not inclusive of all your members / loyal fans guys . I know you all thinking, play if you want or get out as noone is forced to play . I get that but just remember €160 maybe nothing for you guys but it is more than most of your loyal supporters / followers day's income .

I have not contradicted myself at all.
8500/4 is the same as 850/0.40
I'm not applying exchange rates at all, I'm not converting anything, I am showing it running like it does at every other promo I have ever played
If you play the tournaments at Unibet for example, min bet $0.20 and first price will pay you $2500, if you are playing in euros it will be min bet €0.20 first prize €2500, if you are playing in pounds it will be min bet £0.40 first prize £2500, if you are playing in KR it will be min bet 2kr and first prize 25 000kr. Unless I am expressing KR wrong then it is pretty straightforward.
For the Japanese players, in the Unibet example, the min bet would be 40 yen and the first prize would be 250 000 yen, the ratio of cost to prize would be exactly the same for everyone.
The japanese currency is like saying cents/pence it would be like, instead of saying 4 dollars, you were to say four hundred cents, instead of a hundred dollars you'd say ten thousand cents.

NZ $0.20

In my above explanation where I mention £0.40, that is supposed to be £0.20.
it starts to look very suspicious that the same guy wins nearly every comp.
even when we assume that he alone puts in half the effort of all other users combined this hot streak is very very unlikely.
i totally get that these promos are free and add extra value and i dont belong in the category that exceeds their limits/playtime to get something out of it but i believe some others do.
i hope that this problem will solve itself in september (NL regulating gambling) but ofc i d appreciate something happening before that date.

Eurojackpot is just a pure robbery. Absolute monopoly. 50% going straight to goverment pocket plus extra 20% from the remaining 50 go to backup funds.
So you pay 2 € gor a ticket. 2-1-0.2= 0.80 € payout. Worst odds ever
Someone who is happy to deposit and risk 500 euros to win 850 is always going to have a massive edge each promo with the minbet requirements even without bonus buys. The reality is the bulk of the promo entrants play <100euros and therefore won't get many big wins with a high minbet requirment.

Some feedback with my suggestion on this issue:
I have looked into all the promotions that were held in 2020, and (no accurate numbers) about 52% of all promotions are on games that have bonusbuys.
If we divide this into the first half of 2020, the share was 41%, and the second half 59%. In 2021 the share will be higher if the trend continues. However, this is probably also in line with the development of the games where more and more games have a bonusbuy function.
The proportion of participants seems to be evenly distributed regardless of whether the game has a bonusbuy function or not.
I do not know what is most profitable for the casino, the supplier and CG, but I will assume based on the trend of games that are chosen in the promotions, bonusbuys is more profitable collectively covering all promotions. The minimum bet of €0,4 is just in theory, while in practice you have to spin (at least) €40 to compete in the promotion. Regardless whether people think its fair/unfair, i think it is more important to question CG about their role in "responsible gambling". While €40 is little for some, its much for others. We keep telling ourselves that gamling should be fun, and its not a way to earn money. How can we keep it fun for everyone, regardless of their bankroll?
So, here is my suggestion. I have already sent it by message to @Skylined87 and awaiting feedback.

When you bonus buy, in the example you provided, it would be win/€40.
Even if you had two prize pools it would be the higher bankroll players winning each - the higher bankroll player will win the bonus buy one and a different higher bankroll player will win the non bonus buy one - albeit vs a larger competition as they will have more money to do more spins if s/he/it is so inclined.

Let me maybe add some things in the mix here;
- Each promo has raffle with no minimum bet entry requirement, you do need to get 30x win at least though. This is so people don't just do 1 spin and write something unrelated on the feedback and hope they win. Raffle is specifically catered for the low-rollers and I see that it's being largely overlooked in the feedback.
- The biggest x win prizes are for people who play the slots more. It's about risk vs reward. I do genuinely believe 0.40€ requirement is far from "irresponsible" gambling and at the end of the day it's person's choice should they wish to participate or not.
Maybe I could increase raffle pool size but raise requirement to 0.20€. That would make biggest x win pool smaller, probably only with top 3.
Either way I doubt there is a magic recipe to cater all of the community. And general consensus what I am getting is "no risk - big reward". Correct me if I'm wrong there.

Most of the streamers viewers are in the UK but always left out and excluded, we should be used to it eh, don't know if it's because the ukgc but I doubt it as Leo etc work in UK, be nice to know why UK are excluded when it's UK that supply the most viewers by far and most of the CG traffic@Skylined87 can we have something like this exclusive to uk
