Blaze Spins is owned and operated by One Touch Exch Co Ltd that is incorporated under the laws of Marshall Islands with company registration number 129024 and having its registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Majuro, Marshall Islands. One Touch has an application for a gaming license in progress with the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement, the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation.
