[SUGGESTION] Growing dissatisfied with Leovegas

I'm by no means a big fish with any sense of the word, however I reopened my Leovegas account in the summer of 2016. Did this mostly because I watched Kim play and I liked the variety and bonus terms, among other things. Now I deposit 100-300€ to leovegas every month. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, that's how it goes. No complaints towards the variety of games (mostly the reason I still deposit and play), functionality or the customer service.

To incentivize these deposits, I occasionally get one (1) free spin from Leovegas. That is, if I happen to log on on monday or tuesday to play it. Sometimes an offer that I might get a 50-100% bonus on €50. If I happen to deposit on a predetermined date a week from the day I deposited. Not about to start splitting deposits and waiting a week to play. I also have a deposit limits now and then even before I consider depositing, and I occasionally block my account for a day or a week after playing, regardless of whether I win/lose/break even. I have always found that function to be useful and I would assume the casinoes put it in place for a specific reason. Not that I consider myself overtly compulsive and I've never had any financial problems, but that certainly limits the option just in case, doesn't it?

I also get a level counter (I think I am level 14 or 15 now), that does absolutely nothing. 

I don't expect to be continuously rewarded with 100% deposit bonuses like the streamers do, nor an all expense paid trip to Aruba for what amounts to roughly €2k/year in deposits, but c'mon this is ridiculous.

Loyality means nothing at most casinos, you are just a number. The good thing is there are hundreds of other casinos you can play at as well if after bonuses.

I always find Friday a good day to deposit as there are lots of casinos offering weekly 50% or 100% deposit offers. Some still offer 20x wagering or my favourite is Next Casino which only has 13x wagering on reloads.

Those who play at these big brands and have 40/50/60 times wagering puzzle me. Why go through all that effort when there are much better deals out there.

best parts of leovegas is by far the customer support.. atleast the norwegian team is amazing. best in the business..  (Shoutout to my homies, andreas, henrik and sara! keep up the good work!). the worst part is the bonus-rewards for lower tiered guys. so i know where you are coming from. i wish the VIP level actually did something.. 

 
Well, change casino if they dont give you lots of promos. I usually refuse taking freespins...

Casumo has a 80% 1-2times a week, wager 25x d+b

BossCasino gives a 80% highroller every week, a 35% every Wednesday and you have comps (wager 25x d+b, compswager free). Also they give you personalized bonus once once you are loyal (40x just bonus)

Videoslots allows you to race every week and gives you cashback on every spin...

I am selfexcluded on Vegas, when i reached lvl 30 they gave me nothing... so i said bye bye

Thanks for the feedback, I've informed Leo about this thread and hopefully they'll have a good look into it.

In general I know people who have older accounts have told me that they get less rewards, which is something that I also hope will be investigated.

Have you tryed asking the casino for a bonus? I have asked a few of other casinos and most of them gave me a bonus. Usally you get a 35x bonus though, but still its a bonus.

 
You're not alone in feeling that way, I feel the same. Thats why I don't deposit at minute, if they want me to play or come back they will come with an offer. They can't make you put your money in. I am level 10 and only bonus I have got is 3 fs's, on which I won nothing. Sub par in comparison to what sites I currently play on. I have £15-£25 cashback every week on Videoslots (wager free) and I get £15-£25 off casino races every week (wager free) plus this week alone I have received around 200 free spins on various games again, wager free. Deposit wise this week I have put in about £120 and withdrew £100 on Videoslots.

I understand the frustration of feeling that you do not get enough bonuses, however its a bit hard commenting on this specific case as I do not have your information at this point. Feel free to send me a PM and I will check it up further for you.

Based on what you are writing it appears that you do in some cases get promotions from us, but not enough as you hope to get. Bonuses are unfortunately not something you can expect on all deposits, and a reward given to loyal players. Unfortunately from time to time some might fall in between promotions, however we are constantly working towards improving this on our end to ensure a great customer experience for everyone.  

Regarding the VIP level I agree that we should use it more, however it is actually being used to some extent. We have a monthly draw with great prizes based on VIP level. We also had several giveaways or promotions where a higher level either increases your chance of winning or increases the prize won. This have actually been used quite a lot in the LetsGiveItASpin giveaways during the streams.

I hope this answers your questions, and as mentioned I am more than happy to take a closer look into this particular case. I also apologize for the late reply.

However, I think it's unwarranted that you say something among the lines of expecting a bonus from all deposits. I just added up my deposits for this year, this is for 3 months of this year. They total up to a bit over 900 euros in 10 deposits total. Around half of that, I have cashed out in winnings in 2017. For these 10 deposits of ~900 euros, I have received 5 "bonuses" which are as follows:

6 cents (from 4 or 5 free spins)

2 euros 43 cents (from free spins)

1 euro 25 cents (from free spins)

3 euros 74 cents (from free spins)

10 euros (handout bonus, I don't recall this? Probably some competition Kim hosted or something?)

That's 5 bonuses that are completely unrelated to any deposit of any kind.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but surely you can see this is borderline ridiculous. Just seeing my account, my only actual deposit bonus seems to be 6 months and a week ago, which is around the time I reopened my account. I don't even care to count the amount of deposits in between this time, but I'm sure the deposits go over the €2k euro limit. For this amount, one deposit bonus, one or two hitspins that I got from a raffle, and a dozen or so (forgive me for saying this, somewhat worthless) free spins that amount to separate €0-3 bonuses with 35x wagering.

I really like the casino and everything in in besides this, and I chose to reopen my account and play because I like Kim's stream and I think it's great to play and support casinos that are honest.

But I don't go to the supermarket to shop for groceries and beg a shop manager for low prices which others are receiving. I also don't pay extra for the privilege of shopping somewhere. If the manager doesn't appreciate me as a customer at all I'll go shop to a different supermarket. While I feel it's completely unfair that I am asked two deposits within a week to receive just one deposit bonus after depositing over 2000 in 6 months, I am now going to partake in the upcoming promotion. After that however, I have no plans in depositing before there's some significant change in this. I really want to play with you guys, but talk about undervaluing your customers.
 

 
I must say that I love leovegas. Before i registered to leovegas I played over 4 years on another site where I was a vip customer and still get awsome offers from them although I mainly deposit to leovegas now.

I deposit monthly 450 - 700 euros and still havent had that good offers from leovegas. And I think its a pretty big amount I deposit although I dont consider myself a A super big gambler but big anyways.

I have played only few months on leovegas but still Im almost VIP lvl 30. Couple times I have asked from customer service if theres any chance to get 100% bonus or some freespins but they have said that they will send me email when new campaign starts. :P

Site is just awsome, slot selection is huge, super fast cashouts and customer service is polite. And campaigns are decent.

But still it would be nice to actually get sometimes a "royalty treatment"(like bonus or freespins when asked) when you deposit such a big numbers monthly and get a high level. But all the things considering I just love leovegas site and will be customer for a long time. :)

And I really hope to see some novos aswell on leovegas.  B|  That would make leovegas so awsome. There are not many casinos that has novomatics in their game selection.  ^_^

 
@ruho79 im sorry to hear that.

my opinion on Leo Vegas is as follows.

1: not the most generous with bonus offers of all the casinos out there.

me personally have a much better deal with two other casinos regarding deposit

bonuses and other vip promotions.

2: Leo Vegas is IMO the best when it comes to customer support by far! 

And i think they work very hard on that. 

In some ways vip level indicates the time u have been a customer and how much u invested. That should be rewarded, as u explained you are level 14 or 15 that isnt very high up. If u keep your normal playstyle the amounts u play for u will climb higher on vip level and get better rewards. Thing is for each level the more time/ investment it Will take to climb.

i do agree on one thing and that is that there bonus offers sometimes comes very late during the day, and for some of us that actually have a life outside gambling ? Have other commitments during the evenings. 

And on other sites the VIP bonus are saved as your next deposit without timelimit. 

 
I'm afraid that LeoVegas is by far the least bonus-giving casino i know.

My account is new, only about 5-6 months of play (vip level 17).

Aside from the intro offers, only once or twice have i recieved bonus on my deposits.

If i was in it for the bonuses, i wouldn't play at leovegas a minute more.

But they have a great variety of slots and i have won a fair bit so far.

They also have the best customer support.

It is nice to know, that Leovegas is having some kind of  new  reward program in mind though.

if you want lots of deposit bonus all the time use 10bet casino always every single day i get a bonus when ever i want and im not a streamer 

 
It's not about wanting a bonus all the time. It's about depositing 600 euros  in around half a dozen installments after the last post I made in this thread and getting one guns and roses free spin (because I happened to log on). 

Put up a mail on support, and not going to bother if nothing happens.

 
I will never play on LeoVegas again.

I got 20 freespins on starburst and managed to grind me up to 100€. Then i wanted to make a withdrawal and they had taken away the option to transfer to neteller! 

I asked the chat and they said i had to use the same option that i had used to deposit. I said it was from freespins, but they said i had to use bank transfer anyway. Ok, i was annoyed but used the bank transfer. 24 hours later it was still pending, and i canceled the withdrawal and busted.

And about asking chat about bonuses, does not work! I´m at level 31 and always gets NO.

Hey Kochiq, too bad to hear that. You know support is super helpful regarding withdrawals as they can do manual flush upon request. Also I have never experienced waiting time more than 24 hrs. Usually money was in my account within 6 hours. As for bonuses, its something they're aware of, for example I live in Slovenia and never get any promotions due to that. However being in Kims stream I have received many FS and bonuses as the Leovegas reps there are super helpful. :) So for now its worth to follow Kims streams and you'll probably get something :)

Maybe they are helpful if you know them, but my experience is that they are not helpful at all. And why did they take away the neteller opption? I never got any answer to that, even tough i asked. 

I follow Kims stream as you know, but you have to know how to write a poem or limerick to get something from leovegas. As i´m not a poet i never get anything lol.
