[RESOLVED] William Hill scamming its customers and very poor customer support

Unbeliavably bad experience on that site. Please avoid at all costs. They sent me an email offer which I deposited and played for. I have full terms and email yet they took like 1 hour to review and decided to refund me only 2 euros which was 4 times less than the promotion states. I have full terms and email still on me.

They just kept closing the chat when I said it was wrongly corrected. Nothing I could do about it they were like take it or leave.

And what is even funnier this is the last message customer support sent me after which is just a blatant lie I have never done such thing I have only opted in bonuses they have themselves advertised to me:

"We can see a significant number of contacts whereby you claim for promotions or free bonuses that you are not eligible for. This will serve as a gentle reminder, for the information like the issuance of the bonus or how it works please be guided that it is stated under the Terms and Conditions. We usually include that to our official promotions page, you can freely check on it while the offer is ongoing. In addition to this, we will stand to the rules of each promotion."

I have now closed their account permanently their customer support is first 15 minutes of pressing AI chatbot which doesn't want you to connect and then its another waiting game for a real assistant that doesn't care at all about your problem.

Its not a large sum of money but trustworthiness is the number 1 priority when I'm choosing a casino. If they can't read their own terms it shouldn't be customers problem. I have screenshot of the offer just incase they come here and come up with a different story.

And obviously this wasn't the only time its like every 2nd or 3rd bonus on that site that it didn't work. Go to customer service -> complain -> wait 1-2 hours. -> maybe get refunded or no. That is simply not acceptable. Casinos have too much power in cases when they make mistakes themselves in my opinion. Why even send email offers if they aren't meant for you (suddenly not eligible?)

Hello. I've marked this thread as resolved, as you've closed your account. We're unable to help any further when this happens.

For future complaints, please stick to just facts and include as many details as you can, as well as screenshots. This will make it much, much easier for us to forward it to our contact persons with the brands that we are partners with, and expedite the process of coming to some sort of resolve, if possible.

That sounds really frustrating, especially if you had the email and terms to back it up. I’d probably do the same thing and walk away if support kept brushing it off like that.
