Hey Guys. 

I really love Kim and Hampus and dont think 24 Casino is one Casino that Support their Values. 

If you win over 100.000€ within 24 hours all wins above 100.000€ will be taken away from the Casino. If you get lucky to Hit 200.000x on a 1€ bet on SQ2 you only get 100.000€. How can this be allowed and how can Casinogrounds stand behind this Casino? 

Its also super weird that there is a 15.000€ max Cashout per month for non VIPs and the possibility for them to max pay 15.000€ per month in smaller withdraw.

I Play Casino for over 12 years now, supported over 20 Casinos from Casinogrounds in the past but ive never noticed such bad terms.

When i go through recent Posts im not the only one with bad experiences for 24 Casino.

This is incorrect. This Term does not exist on 24Casino. The agent does not confirm the information.

The player has posted screen shots either from another site or from many many months ago as these terms were removed last year (around September) - we can check the exact date if needed. 

If you check the terms and conditions on the site you will not find this term anywhere. This complaint is fake and being made to cause harm to 24Casino.  

 
Don't tell me that I want to damage 24 Casino when I got these answers in the live chat today. 

Take a look at the page, these conditions are still clearly stated there. 

The behavior of 24Casino on Casinogrounds is absolutely cheeky. There has already been constructive criticism in other posts in which the response was very rude and unobjective.

Do you need proof that i reveived those messages from the live Chat today or do you want to ignore this? 

The two pages are connected, otherwise it would be completely unnecessary to inform the team in order to update them. To accuse me of making up something here to harm 24 Casino is just incredibly rude and shows the tone that has already been confirmed in other posts.

 
I am closing this thread as everyone is talking over each other's heads, and the original contents of the thread itself from the complainant (minus support's reply) are incorrect as it's not taken from 24casino.com.

The terms have been taken from an affiliate website (24casino.net - emphasize on .net here, folks) that piggybacks on the brand name "24casino". That, in combination with SEO, has placed the unofficial site as #1, instead of the official one. I've seen it happen plenty of times, and it is comparable to a hostage/ransom situation, financially. 

What is correct is that OP had a chat with support. The reply isn't necessarily a confirmation, but I see why it can be interpreted that way. I have worked as a support agent myself for many years, and when faced with such claims from what is seemingly standard terms and conditions-lingo, and "hey in your terms it says .... XYZ",  when written verbatim, I assume it's a copy of what is on the site. It doesn't make it any better than the site looks exactly like 24casino.com. I have personally made this mistake.

The takeaway for both parties re. that chat in particular is that 1) the Complainant should endeavor to share as much info as possible with the agent 2) Support should endeavor to follow up and find out why it's being brought up, or escalate it to 2nd line for clarification. 

As for the terms themselves.

The correct terms - as taken from 24casino.com are:

The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is €50,000 per week and €150,000 per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

If you win more than €100,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of maximum €20,000 until the full amount is paid out.
There are no win limits on 24casino, as such the quoted term isn't applicable. They might have been there, when 24casino first launched, but that is likely due to being a DAMA N.V. brand, where these are standard terms and conditions for launching a new brand until a new, improved/customized version is in place.

These terms and conditions were effective from 15.05.2025, and the last update was version 2.7, published on 04.12.2024.
