[Resolved] Spinanga casino "CLOSED MY ACCOUNT" (promoted on this site)

So I lost some money on this scam casino that has no limits, deposit, play, stalling withdrawals etc.

So I decide to close my account  but they did not want to do it which must break some regulations if there s any for a casino in this bussines. They kept sending bonuses and offers that whole week.

After going back and forth for a week they "close account", atleast "VIP" manager wrote that in email.

Today I get am email that 50e bonus was credited to my "closed" account. I open email, click on it and enter my email, password and I was logged in on a "closed account" , slot opened no problem, played that 50e and just tried to deposit to see if they maybe atleast removed that but no, my transaction went through and you guess what happened me being dumb fuck lost 100e.

Ok, my fault but I guess in this situation it is their breach of "regulations" or whatever they call it. So now almighty CG expect you to do something about this because I wont stop with this post, belive me when I tell you this. There is my stupidity but then there is this what they did and what u promote. So sort this or end of year is going to be fun.

Update:

I can t log in now. I asked support on live chat why am I able to deposit and log in if I got an email that my account was closed but they just logged me out and restricted acess.

Again, if outcome for this is negative for me there wont be  gambling forum without post about this.

We've received response from the casino, some amount of money will be refunded; as for the closure of the account, there was no Responsible Gaming reason behind it and as per their Terms & Conditions they have done nothing wrong following their internal procedures. While the result might not be what you wanted, I've done my best to get this resolved in some shape or form, as we don't control the casino and/or their decisions.
