This is my first thread so bare with.
Today it is the 20th June 1019
I joined Slotsmillion a good few months ago atleast. I went through the standard procedure of sending through all of the required documents. After a day or so they were all approved.... no worries at all. After depositing numerous times, I finally hit big. I won a considerable amount of money - 1800 AUD. I went through the withdrawl methods and decided that bank wire transfer using a swift code was the best way to go for me. So thats what i did, The format was a little different than at other casinos that I have played at so I got some input from their live support - who are FANTASTIC by the way. They helped me enter my information correctly - no problem. This information is then saved on the account for future withdrawls and CANNOT be changed. After just over a week the funds were received in my bank (ETA was 7-10 working days) - so not too bad.
I kept on playing, and hitting big consistently. I won and made additional cashouts for the following amounts in the order of : 900 AUD, 2200 AUD and 1000 AUD. After a day of withdrawing each amount i received emails that they had been processed and "ON ITS WAY"
900 AUD on the 5th June
2200 AUD on the 13th June
1000 AUD on the 14th June
I waited patiently for the 900 AUD, it extended beyond the ETA time for a bank wire transfer. I thought this was odd. I went back to the site to find that something wasnt quite right about my bank number that was saved under the withdrawls page - and keep in mind I didnt change this. I cant. I contacted support, after numerous conversations i had with them highlighting my concerns about it over a few more days, they assured me that because I had received my first payment, their financial department had it all under control and everything was correct. I asked what dates my funds were sent - they said the same dates as mentioned above. Sweet as. I was really hoping the funds would arrive today, and nothing. the 12-13 working day since the 900 withdrawl. I contacted live support again a few hours ago to get some more clarification. They contacted the finance department who could finally release that they were experiencing some "technical issues with my payments" and because of that the 900 AUD and 2200 AUD was sent on the 12th instead!! Not only is this 6 working days past when they said they sent it, but the 2200 withdrawal i made was processed on the 13th?? I did not travel back in time. The 1000 AUD on the other hand is still in Limbo - hasnt even been sent - contrary to what i was told in the emails. Something doesn't add up here. And its really unacceptable for a well established casino to do this sort of thing. A "technical issue" for a bank... really?? I have evidence galore on this, screenshots, videos etc ( it would take me considerable time to edit out personal information pertinent to this, so have not attached anything here)
I have no doubt I will receive my funds in due course, but will keep this thread up to date. Slotsmillion.. please get this sorted in the future... I like this casino, i would like to extend my playtime here.
