Last weekend I closed my account on this casino due to addiction and told them in the chat to not have a reopening opportunity. 

This Saturday I came home late after celebration of my girlfriend’s birthday. 
 

I went in just to check if it was closed. It wasn’t and my addiction of course took over…

I deposited over 2000€ and lost it all. 
 

I contacted them and requested a refund but they refuse as they claim they never received a closure confirmation.

This is all a lie and they dont even provide me with the chat transcript of closure.

I highly recommend staying away from this casino as they do not take gambling addiction seriously and just pray on the weak.

sorry you had to deal with that. if you asked for self-exclusion they should have honored it. if i were u i’d report them to their licensing authority and maybe post a complaint on a watchdog forum so it’s on record.

Thank you, I was thinking the same as the chat advisor said it was closed as well.

I sent a complaint to their email for complaints and will do the same for CGA but Curaçao license.. so what can I do… :(

 
it sounds like you’re doing everything right. sending a formal complaint to the cga is the main step since they oversee licensed casinos. make sure you include all proof, emails, chat screenshots, and any confirmation you received about the account closure.

at least you’ve got your complaint in and are taking steps to hold them accountable.

hang in there. you’re not alone in dealing with stuff like this. how are you holding up otherwise?

 
Doing alright, and thanks for your concern and support.

They have not responded other than saying I need to send an email to complaints again. (replying this from their complaints email as well lol) 

Neither have they provided me with the chat transcript due to obvious reasons is my guess..

Skylined87 is very helpful and trying to get to the bottom of it, so I cross my fingers and just hope for goods news. 

Other than that, I have not gambled anything since that day which is good.

HUGE Update on this case. 

After reporting to license holder, requesting GDPR and all communication, the casino have decided to refund me everything I deposited since my closure request. For this I am grateful and respect the casino RR more for taking responsibility. 

I want to give a BIG thank you to everyone that supported me, and especially Skylined87 who did way more than he had to.

Most probably thought this was standard case of an addict trying to get his money back after a screw up.. That was not the case!

Still, I have not gambled since, and still doing my best to stay away from it. 

Watching streams, putting the occasional lottery ticket just to have a tiny hope for escaping the 9-5 life. 

I wish you all the best for the future and if you choose to gamble.. Do it RESPONSIBLY! :)
