[RESOLVED] Missing winnings at Bassbet

Hello.

On 10th of Feb a ~120euro win from Creature From The Black Lagoon was not credited to my balance.

After contacting the casino ~10times after this and providing all the information they requested that I was able to provide, they still have not credited the win or even claimed that their games work correctly.

During the latest conversation with customer support I was forcefully logged out, solidifying my assumption that they are not interested in resolving this issue.

I have asked for them for the session logs which they refused to give and I have shown them that my own history does not go far back enough to show the session by myself.

What should be my next steps from here or is there anyone here who could assist me with this? I think almost 3 months is way too long of a time to resolve a dispute.

Hello. The matter is being looked in to. The lack of response is due to Skylined being on leave. He'll be back in 1-2 days time.

Sent an email and you asked for the same exact info you have for about 10 times now. This is not helpful. There is no way you are still missing this info.

 
Still waiting for any sort of action from casino side.. well over 3 months now. I do like to give people and companies the benefit of a doubt when I don't know the facts, but this amount of time for one case is just messed up.

We've been told that missing winnings have been added to your account yesterday, can you please confirm?
