[RESOLVED] Billybets Casino Withdrawal Complaint

Hello guys, long time no see!

I signed up at billybets casino trough casinogrounds (because i have good experience with casinos listed here)

I won around 4k euro and when I withdraw they say up to 96 hours. What casinos does that in 2025? Okay that’s not the problem but when I ask them to put loss limit they say no. When I ask to lock my account for 24 hours they say but you are vip you shouldn’t do that cause you get bonuses and so on. Really shady moves. I got all the proof on my email dialogue with these ppl. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here to sign up there cause you will most probably get stalled for your withdrawals. 
they have max withdrawals per transaction and per day. Low as well. 

If you are letsgiveitaspin or other streamers you can withdraw more I guess but for us normal players it’s stricter

96 hours for a withdrawal to be sent is the craziest thing I have read for a casino LOL especially in the year of 2025

So if you make a withdrawal on a Wednesday for example they will not send it until Monday the next week? 😂

Also for some withdrawal options there might be another 24-48h for it to show up in your bank account etc. so a withdrawal could take you a whole 7 day week to receive? 

Insane @BillyBets Casino should be avoided at all costs for this alone. You would think a "smaller" casino would take care of the few players that you somehow have and not scare them away lol. At the end of the day a winning player will probably comeback and lose it all + more later on anyways so you paying your customers instantly will only reward you in the long run. Shameless casino.

Exactly @Solutionnn. They even replied here AFTER I lost pending withdrawal which they promised would be paid out within that day but they didn’t, so I played and lost. 
@LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer you should do much more research BEFORE you submit a new deal with a casino. Cause this right here is not worth the money im letting you know right now.

I lost, it’s my fault I get it but to advertise for a low standard casino like this it’s a shame. You should remove them from CG. Even the staff/support kept lying and I got all the proof on my email. They promise withdrawal to be accepted and make you so mad because they don’t send it and you lose it….

Well sadly the casinos in CG in general has gone down in quality but sadly I can't see most of them as I am Swedish and it only shows the Swedish licensed casinos.

For example CG still(?) or at least had L.C.S Limited casinos up here for the longest of time and they had a rule of a "Net win cap" of 5k euro everyday. So basically if you won more than 5k euro net in a 24h span the rest would be deducted from your balance and no I am not joking 😆

That shouldn't be the case. We have two casinos from them - Moonwin and Luckyhunter. At most, there is a withdrawal cap on welcome bonus of 10x.

If you have the name of casino that does this please name and shame, we don't take casinos with such terms.

Never play on this casino. It is like a robbery but legal. I created account in May, play few games with money deposited via my disposable card, then withdraw like 200€ via my fiances Revolut Visa, they approved withdrawal after 4 days.

I did not play on the casino for about month and a half, then last week I decide to play again, I deposit 100usdT crypto via my crypto wallet, made appx. 10.000€ of profit, my account goes "under review" and next working day it is closed because of T&C violation 9.4, all my money including deposit is gone. I wrote them a nice email regarding the problem, asking what the problem is and how can I fix it, I am not worth as much as a reply.

Casino for 5 days does not respond, I believe also Anjouangaming casino licence is a scam, if you file a complaint, they only send email to the casino and put you in the CC.
