Pending Withdrawal from Voodoo Dreams and Session Time limit

So I decided to have a little play last night and searched casinos UK and voodoo dreams came up so decided to give it a go.

Much to my surprise I won £1101 so I withdrew it, my account wasn't asking for verification but previous experience with other casinos decided to air on the side of caution and upload my driving licence and proof of address. All seemed fine although I didn't receive the usual we are processing your withdrawal email like I have had with other casinos so spoke to them on live chat, was told no they dont send that out only when its fully processed and that can take up to 72 hours. Just went to check my account to see if it says if I need to upload any more info etc and I can't login! Its saying I have reached my session time limit. Has anyone ever had this before? I tried clearing all my internet settings etc and even tried logging on via latop and still getting the same message. I can't speak to them via live chat as it wont let me log in so I can only email and now I'm worried I  have lost out on my winnings.

Went down a whole rabbit hole of them and their sister casino dualz and it's just bad review after bad review, which I know most people only ever rate a bad experience but doesn't help my head spinning with it all. This stress will teach me to stick to the main sites from now on, its not worth this hassle just to have a wee change.

Hello, MishyMac.

I'd be worried just like you, if the same thing happened to me. However, I recommend that you just give it time. VoodooDreams is licensed by the UKGC, so if you're a UK resident, then your money should be pretty safe; provided that this is your only account with them and that you've followed terms and conditions, et cetera, et cetera.

As for the time limit, this sounds strange. To my limited knowledge on the topic of UKGC and session limits, these are set by the players themselves. Might it be that you had an existing account that you've previously set limits for?

Regardless of the above, bad reviews etc, the casino's support will get back to you - and given you've provided them with required documents etc, I think it's just a matter of time before you'll be paid.

Do let us know how everything pans out, next week. We'd appreciate an update, and might even be able to help you (even though we do not promote this casino).

These cretins never paid me my withdrawel, still owe me nearly 500 from years ago, tried to fight it with casinomeisters help and lost
