After my experience with Pledoo, I'm convinced they're doing something shady.
I signed up and deposited multiple times without any real chance of winning — that wasn’t a big issue for me. At one point, I requested a permanent account closure, but they told me that wasn't possible. Instead, they said I could only self-exclude for 7 days, which they activated immediately and without any further confirmation from me.
Seven days later, I received an email saying that the self-exclusion period had ended and that some free spins were waiting for me as a "reward."
When I logged back in, I also saw that they had credited a €10 cashback to my account (if I remember correctly).
I started playing again and ended up winning €5,000. I requested a withdrawal of €3,000.
After a few hours with no updates, I contacted support via live chat. They told me that payouts usually take up to 24 hours, but are often processed sooner. Fair enough.
After 12 hours, nothing had changed. The next day — around 20 hours after my request — I contacted them again. They said everything was fine and that I just needed to wait...
A few hours later, I got a Skrill notification — the payout was processed, but only €100!
I immediately reached out to support again, and they told me that since my winnings came from cashback funds, I was only eligible to withdraw a maximum of €100.
So let’s recap:
Also, here's something I’m wondering:
If a game provider (for the first time ever in my life) gives me a Max Win, pays the amount into my casino balance, and I keep playing with that money for 20+ hours across many games, and in the end the casino voids it all… does that mean the casino keeps all the money?
I understand that their Terms & Conditions may technically allow this (yeah, I’ve read the fine print now), but this kind of cashback logic makes zero sense in this context.
I’d really like to hear what other players on this forum think about this situation. Anyone else had a similar experience?

So let’s recap:
- I requested permanent account closure, and they said that’s not possible (
).
- They auto-reactivated my account after 7 days without asking.
- Then, they baited me back with free spins and cashback.
- After I won, it took them 24 hours to tell me I won’t get paid — except for a symbolic €100.
- And to make it worse, they added more bonus funds to my account (which are also subject to the same stupid restrictions), making any future winnings basically pointless.
