Hii I just hit 10,000 euros win on a 0,09bet on RantCasino 

I bought the bonus and won the max win.

I did look if I had an active bonus while playing and I did not have it

But after this I withdraw and Rantcasino did cancel my withdraw due to active bonus 

They told me I had an active bonus on but my account told me I did not?!?!??!

SO HOW THE FUCK SHOULD I DO BECAUSE THEY REMOVED MY WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS TOTAL SCAM IM CRYING PLEASE HELP

Rant casino is scam

 
They just close my account and I have tried help at casino guru but they closed the case also.

I'm so pissed of atm, this is my biggest win I ever had in my 7 years of gambling.

This is total scam and I do believe they just removed my account because they didnt want to pay me.

Casinos is total scam I believe now.....

 
@Tobias EuphoriaI would suggest if your having issues with the actual casino. It may be worth reaching out directly to its licensor...It appears in this case its MGA. 

The licensor may be able to provide more detail and assist with a result. As @Jeroen83suggested it would be worth looking at previous reviews of sites as a benchmark before signing up.

I did not have any problem before withdrawing money on their casino I had some 1500€ withdraws with no problem

I did contact MGA last week and no answer yet?
How long time does it take?

jag håller just nu på med uttag o dem skyller på att göra kyc den har jag gjort sen skulle det ta 48timmar vilket är idag 

 
Jag har tagit ut pengar där 1 i år och det har aldrig varit några som helst problem för mig Men på senaste har det varit märkligt...

this site is a scam. as soon as you win they will take everything away because of unclear rules they . I got below message after playing a long time i withdrawal my winnings. 30000 euro. everything gone

As i played that day I did check my balance before going into dead or alive 2 feature buy

Because I know that game would break the rules of bonus balance

There was no bonus balance visible before playing dead or alive 2

After I won they denied my withdraw because of having a bonus balance

But there was nothing visible at my balance with any kind of bonus

and i did not deposit with bonus.

Only thing was that I got 40 free spins 1-2hrs before playing dead or alive 2

And If there was 0 balance at bonus before playing dead or alive 2 I should have my win.

But rantcasino said I had bonus stilll before going into dead or alive 2, but my account did not show me any signs of it.

Only real balance and 0€ bonus balance. This is total scam!!!

 
This is the reason, I always check casino ratings and reviews before signing up, very sad for you, i can understand how frustrating it can be, I have had few times my winnings put on hold for some other casino while they do the source of income checks and it annoyed me so much but after awhile all goes well for me.

 
This is it for me. I believe casinos are just rigged. I will never ever play on any casino anymore. You dont get your winnings. They just take your money. There is no problem to deposit but with withdrawals  it is. Never again. People should stop playing on slots. Just fuck this. Played for 7 years to reach a win like this and dont get it. Haha just pure fucking bullshit

 
Well, Gammix is promoted by CG, so someone should def. dig deeper into this. I had ‘issues’ with Rant casino aswell, but they solved it after they finally gave a direct answer (by their tech department). My win didn’t register towards their promo leaderboard (2nd place) and they did pay me 1.000€ after the promo finished (which I’m still very thankful for). I was afraid that I had active bonusmoney while triggering the bonus, because they dropped freespins on the promo game (which I had to play out and didn’t count towards the promo).

Anyway. Don’t accept the standard messages and notify the chat u want the tech department to look into it. My case shows their casino has flaws. They need to proof u had an active bonus balance.

U talk about freespins on doa2. This is probably the reason for them to confiscate. The only question here is if u did trigger the bonus (partially) WITH bonusmoney. Should be easy for them to show it was the case.

 
Hey! Yes, that's the problem. They have sent pictures of what their system looked like while I was playing and won 10,000 euros. But my account never showed me any bonus balance at all before I bought feature buy in dead or alive 2. I know that if you play with bonus money you can not buy bonus feature because then you go against the rules. How do I know that RantCasino is not fooling me? I just went beyond what my account told me. Is careful when it comes to bonuses and rarely deposits with bonuses. Got 20 free spins 1-2 hours before I bought dead or alive. Played lots of other games before that with low stakes. Then I checked my account and it said only real money. So I bought dead or alive 2. I do not see that I have broken the rules when I just follow what my account told me. It is also not my fault if my account was bugged or if their system was bugged and showing errors. So tired of the casino when they take away winnings you have played to get for 7 fucking years

7 years of playing and for once won big and the casinos taking it away from me due to a fucking bug  Well its easy for them to say I got bonus money while my account told me I did not. This is what casinos are doing to normal players all around the world when they hit big. They just deny it and refuse to payout. But If youre streamer, big wins coming 119383 times a day with no technical errors or w/e

Enough said everything is completely fucking rigged! 

Dont get how I wasted 7 years of my life playing on slots trying to win what streamers get. And when I did after all these years its easy for the casino to just shove it away hahahah... nvm fuck it
