Free spins round bugged - wins not paid (Caxino)

First time ever such thing happened.

I got free spins but game bugged, I only got the win from trigger but free spins were never playable and win wasn't paid for those. I have tried resolving this issue through chat and email but problem hasn't been solved.

Game round was played on saturday and game glitched out, it was giving error message like "unable to connect to server" until today and now all I see is this screen.

 
I got a reply but they couldn't figure out this problem. I won the feature with real money looks like they understood its a casino bonus that I'm missing and was only refunded 10 bonus spins with a wagering. 

Anyone know what to do? Im pretty sure its like all other book games so its a 40€ feature which is bugged and that game round still hasn't been resolved.

 
Since it seems they are not paying my winnings I quess I have no other choice than raise a complaint.

Anyone willing to help with that?
